We do not process orders during weekends and federal holidays which means orders placed on these times will begin processing the following business day.

Express & Expedited shipping will be temporarily disabled to allow us to prioritize all shipments. We are unable to provide these faster processing options with the limited amount of personnel allotted in our warehouse.

All international orders outside of the United States please request shipping quote via email before purchasing.

Satisfaction Guarantee (Returns/Exchanges)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in the complete and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) along with any free gifts associated with the returned merchandise in sellable condition and your original sales receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Electrical items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or refund your money. A 15% restocking charge may be applicable on certain and equipment items.

Credit issued only for merchandise returned. Order items that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only with manufacturer’s discretion. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned goods. If it was our error, we will reimburse you the cost of the shipping via USPS, FedEx or UPS service.

Notice:

  • We cannot accept returns or issue any credit on items that have been opened and/or partially used.
  • Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.
  • Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your product. If you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping from original invoice will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Policy

We can process returns and refunds only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by gaomarket.com. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
